View Export Production job details

You can view the progress of a Export Production job in Jobs Overview, or in the JOBS page in Inspect or Review. When the Job Status indicator reaches 100%, you can view the details of this job.

Perform the following procedure to view job information.

1. You can view the Export Production job details in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect or Review.

   • To view in the Jobs Overview page, perform the following steps.

     1. In the Main Menu, select Overview.

     2. Click Jobs Overview.

     3. In the jobs list, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Export Production.

   • To view in Inspect or Review, perform the following steps.

     1. In the Main Menu, select Review or Analyze>Inspect.

     2. Click Jobs.

     3. In the JOBS page, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Export Production.

2. View the job details in the Export Production Information - <export job name> dialog box.
Table details

Each Export Production job shows the following information.

Submitted By	The user who submitted the job.
Submitted Time	The date and time the job was submitted.
Selected Documents	The number of documents selected.
Skipped Documents	When the system cannot export some of the selected documents, it shows the number of skipped documents and provides a description of why documents were skipped. An example of the description is "1 not part of the selected production volume".
Production Template	Name of the production template used when creating the production.
Job Id	Job identification number.

3. When you finish reviewing the Export Production job, click Close.
